Mission Statement
- To recognize and honor those dancers that have laid the ground work for the hustle dance
and to acknowledge those dancers that continue to keep the spirit of the hustle alive today.
Dear DanceTalk® Readers,
We are excited to launch the DanceTalk Hustle Hall Of Fame. We have an incredible nominating panel. Together we have created and developed this site for all of our readers. The five panel members, make up over 100 years of hustle experience.
We come from the early days of hustle and we are committed to staying on the cutting edge of the hustle today. We come from different cities, different backgrounds and experiences to identify the eligible candidates for the Hall Of Fame.
We have created the Life Time Achievement, Legends, First Generation, Dance Champions and Honorarium Divisions.
Our readers will nominate the candidates for the divisions: Competitors and Top Of the Class. The Competitors division, constitutes any dancer that is actively competing in the hustle today. The Top of the Class identifies those dancers that excel in the hustle whether they are from back in the day or are a current social dancer.
Any member of the Hall of Fame can submit pictures of themselves for posting on the website. Mail to dannsirs@yahoo.com

- The most elite group of dancers, the best of the best. These superbly talented men and women attained and sustained the ultimate level of success in competitions and performances. Some blazed a trail as pioneers in the creation and development of Hustle as a dance form, but all have left their unique and indelible mark on the dance. We honor the significant impact they each made by being in the forefront of the Hustle and recognize the inspiration and motivation they have provided for their peers and future Hustle dancers - each year new members will be added. -
